Moving

I am in the middle of moving to a cheaper apartment. I probably won't be on until Super late Monday or early morning Tuesday.

Union Solidarity

This is not a complete list because I'm having a hard time keeping up with everyone that's joining us. These are the unions that I know for sure are in solidarity with us. If you know of another, please comment and SOURCE. I can try to look up each union and fact check myself through google, but it makes it a lot easier for me if you post a link to where you heard it.

communications workers of america - Verizon Workers Union
Canadian Union of Postal Workers

Like I said, this is obviously not a complete list. If you know more PLEASE comment.

Age of the girl who was arrested

According to the BBC, that little girl was 13. Fuck those police officers. That is not OK.

The Marines support us!

The US Marines are coming!

I can't even put into words how proud this makes me of our country. This marine is coming to Liberty Square with his friends to PROTECT the protesters from the police!

This is AMAZING! The Marines who started this movement deserve medals. NOW!

Intro to me

... rather than to the movement.

I feel the need to let everyone know that I AM NOT there. I live in Roswell, GA, and I'm in the middle of moving to a cheaper apartment, so I can't be on here all the time and I won't have all the breaking info right up front. If you have an important news flash of something going on at ANY of the Occupations, please comment on this post, and I will get it up as fast as I can.

Whenever I talk about what is going on I will be saying we because I feel such solidarity with everyone in active protest... That's kind of why I started this blog. I'm SO frustrated with not being able to be there in person that I HAVE to do something to show how much I am there in spirit.

Hello

I've gotten excited about Occupy Wall Street, Occupy Together, and The Other 99%, but I'm a bit frustrated with the lack of central communication in the form of links and such. I'm going to do my best to try to bridge the gap. It will absolutely not be perfect, as I am also in the middle of moving, but I will do my damnedest.

1st: The main links:

This is the link to the main page of the protest that started everything. They have a live stream of what is going on down there here. It does go down sometimes, but when that happens, they run previous footage. There is a chat on the livestream page where you can ask questions.

If you want to see the recap videos check out their youtube page.
